This workout was absolutely amazing, and I just made it up on the fly as I was going. It might not seem like a lot because so much of it is just walking on the treadmill, but throw in the strength moves and the incline, and I worked up a great sweat!!
10 minute warmup on treadmill — 2% Incline — starting at 3.4 mph and working up to 4 mph
10 pull-ups palms in (facing your face)
5 minutes on treadmill — 2% Incline — 4 mph
10 pull-ups palms facing each other
5 minutes on treadmill — 2% Incline — 4 mph
10 pull-ups palms out (facing away from face)
5 minutes on treadmill — 2% Incline — 4 mph
10 Dive Bombers
5 minutes on treadmill — 4% Incline — 4 mph
10 Burpees
5 minutes on treadmill — 4% Incline — 4 mph
10 pull-ups palms in (facing your face)
5 minutes on treadmill — 6% Incline — 4 mph
10 pull-ups palms facing each other
5 minutes on treadmill — 6% Incline — 4 mph
10 pull-ups palms out (facing away from face)
5 minutes on treadmill — 8% Incline — 4 mph
10 Dive bombers
5 minutes on treadmill — 8% Incline — 4 mph
10 Burpees
5 minute cool down — 0 incline — 4 mph down to 3.4 mph
Once completed, I knocked out 60 minutes on the treadmill, 60 pull-ups,
20 Dive Bombers and 20 Burpees!! Heck Yeah!!
