Yesterday I was reminded once again how short life can be…
My friend who lives next door passed away sometime over the weekend and was discovered by his daughter yesterday morning. He was in his early 50’s and healthy. He was apparently experiencing some chest pains on Friday, but ignored the symptoms.
**Please don’t be stubborn if you feel chest pains — go to a Doctor — PLEASE!!**
I do not want to dwell on the sadness (although my heart is very heavy today), instead, I choose to remind myself to live every moment to the fullest — to go out and do the events I want to go do and NOT watch from the sidelines (or from Facebook) and then wish I had participated.
This is a short post with a simple message: Please, do NOT wait to do what you want to do or you may NEVER get to do it.
Rest in peace my friend Mark, you will be missed!
